Summary

When you place an order on urbanjngl.com, you agree to pay in advance using one of the payment methods provided on our website. We deliver to all countries within the European Union, as well as the United Kingdom and Switzerland. All prices include VAT but exclude shipping costs, and the risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon delivery.

Please note that plants cannot be returned, as they are considered perishable goods and fall outside the legal right of withdrawal. Non-living products, such as accessories, may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense and risk.

urbanjngl is not responsible for frost damage to plants during transport, even when a heat pack has been added to the order. Shipping plants during cold weather is entirely at your own risk.

If you receive a non-living product that is damaged or incorrect, you must report the issue within 48 hours, along with clear photo evidence. Plants come with a limited quality guarantee, but we do not cover damage caused by frost or repotting.
