We ship worldwide. Your order will be packaged really carefully and delivered wherever you want.
We ship from the Netherlands throughout Europe. in connection with Due to the Brexit rules, we currently only ship non-living products to the UK. Delivery takes between 1-6 business days. You will receive an e-mail after ordering with more information about the delivery.

Orders can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receiving the parcel, providing they are in original resalable condition.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of product cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as moss, flowers, or plants). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We work hard to deliver your items without damage. Orders can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receiving the parcel, providing they are in original resalable condition.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please do not attempt to ship a made terrarium. We cannot accept returns on made terrariums or terrarium kits, but if you have any problems with these products please do get in touch with us.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We aim to process returns within 5 working days.

Note: The dimensions and colors of live plants may vary.
Giving a (DIY) terrarium as a gift is a lot of fun. But when giving a (DIY) terrarium, make sure that you take the plants out of the box as soon as possible after receipt, give them water, daylight and some love ❤️
It is best to take the DIY terrarium out of the box upon receipt and assemble it yourself. So don't wait to take the plants out of the box until the day you want to give the terrarium as a gift. The plants will not survive this.
So our advice is;
1. Assemble the terrarium yourself and give it as a gift.
2. After receipt, take the plants out of the box and give them water, daylight and love. On the day you want to give the gift, put the plants back in the paper bags and pack everything to give as a gift.
