    Wir hatten das 25cm-Glas bestellt und unglücklicherweise die Wärmepackung mit in das Substrat gesetzt. (Die Tüte war nicht beschriftet). Wir haben sofort Ersatz geschickt bekommen und zwar komplett, sogar mit neuem Glas. Das nenne ich Service. Jetzt funktioniert übrigens alles bestens.
