Plants arrived in great shape, and although we had some major issues with the delivery (carriers' fault), Tom was super nice, helpful and on top of things to solve it!

The package arrived well wrapped and safe and sound. All the contents pretty much looked like advertised, which is amazing.

Technically, the setup is easy and everything needed is inside the box. Unfortunately, I have absolutely no experience nor touch when it comes to plants. So to me the manual was too superficial. The issue was enhanced for me as the amount of soil, plants, active coal, and hydro pellets is not perfectly fitting for the vessel. For example, I only needed about a third of the soil and only a quarter of the moss. But do I still add all hydro pellets? Do I still throw in all active coal pellets? I couldn't find an answer in the manual, so I tried to copy the online picture. In the end, I also added too much water as I did not know how much moisture is acceptable. So I added 5 cl.

After three days one of the plants was killed by mold - or maybe the toxic environment I created by having the wrong composition of soil, pellets, and coal - I don't know.

Yet, the asparagus is still alive and I probably give it another shot with new plants. Maybe this time I don't kill them.

Summary: It's great, it's fun to look at, it's atmospheric and cool. The package has everything you need, but the manual doesn't really safe you from having no talent when it comes to plants. So maybe a bit experience or a more detailed manual would be great. And maybe the size of the contents could match the size of the vessel a bit better. Great product, but not as easy as I had hoped.
