How to choose a preferred delivery date?

Before checking out, simply select your desired delivery date in the shopping cart. We’ll ensure your package is shipped in time to arrive on the selected date (taking into account the delivery time to your country).

To avoid any delays, especially during the busy December period, we add a buffer of 1 to 2 extra days. As a result, your package may arrive a little earlier than your selected date. No worries! If that happens, click here to read how to keep your plants in good condition until you’re ready to use them.

Gifting a terrarium

Giving a (DIY) terrarium as a gift is a great idea! However, when gifting a (DIY) terrarium, it’s important to take proper care of the plants as soon as the package arrives. Be sure to remove the plants from the box immediately after delivery. Give them some water, daylight, and a little love.

The best option is to assemble the terrarium yourself upon arrival and give it as a ready-made gift. If you prefer to gift it as a DIY project for the recipient to build themselves, that’s absolutely possible, just don’t leave the plants in the box until the day of gifting, as they won’t survive that long.

Our advice:
Assemble the terrarium yourself and gift the finished result, or take the plants out of the box upon delivery, care for them (light, water, and love), and on the day you give the gift, gently place the plants back into the paper bags and pack everything nicely for gifting.

Received your package too early?

Oops, sorry about that! Sometimes things move a bit faster than planned!

This is what you can do:

  1. Keep the package and follow our care instructions to keep the plants fresh until gifting/using.
  2. Return the package, and we’ll send you a new one on your preferred delivery date.

Please note: this only applies if you received your package more than 2 business days before your selected delivery date. If the difference is smaller, it’s normal for your order to arrive a little earlier as delivery times can vary depending on the carrier. Sometimes shipping carriers deliver earlier or later than the average transit time due to external factors.

Received your package too late?

We’re sorry it didn’t arrive on time. If you don't need it anymore, you’re welcome to return the package, and we’ll issue a full refund once we’ve received it back. Please contact us to arrange the return.
