It is such a cute ecosystem and adds a burst of fresh air into the space. Great birthday and wedding gifts! Also impressed by the fast shipping, and easy kit. The glow-in-the-dark PlantHeros are really adorable and the plants all come in really healthy and well-packed conditions. The glass is light and does feel pretty fragile so that has to be handled safely. Also I already provided feedback but I think the lid of the dome should sit on the outside of the bowl rather than inside. Anyway, love the terrarium!

Terrarium DIY Kit - Dome Red - Bottle Garden - ↑ 20 cm

So I ordered two of the Dome Red, one for me, one for a friend of mine. Her's went perfectly well but my Dome bottom broke while cleaning it. My friend also said, that she had the feeling that the glass was a little bit fragile, but it worked out for her.
The support team was amazing though and the next day I had a new bottom and with that every thing went absolutely smooth!
And now I have a little dome with beautiful flowers which hopefully sustains itself :)

Der Versand war eine Katastrophe. GLS fuhr an meinem Haus vorbei und ich bekam die Nachricht, das niemand zu Hause angetroffen wurde. Der Ablageort wurde erst 24 Std. später auf der Sendungsverfolgung angezeigt, 8 Km von meinem Wohnort entfernt. Beim Abholen zeigte sich, die Adresse war nur teilweise zu lesen. Bei der Straße fehlte der erste Buchstabe und bei meinem Nachnamen fehlte in der Mitte ein Buchstabe, daher keine Zustellung. Es gab andere Pflanzen als bestellt, das Moos war schon matschig. Die Glaskugel hat viele Lufteinschlüsse und sieht daher nicht ganz so schön aus. Das hatte ich mir anders vorgestellt.

Overall I am amazed with my new terrarium, everything was fine except one of the two plants that came in a bad condition, the calathea, and I have to buy a new one to replace it
